As a child, I would often shriek with ecstatic joy when approaching a packed playground. My mother tells me that shriek was an exclamation that usually went along the lines of, "Look, mom! FRIENDS!"
Though I don't quite approach large groups of strangers with the same level of commitment these days, I'm lucky to say that things haven't entirely changed. The one thing I've heard repeatedly from my clients is that while I am professional, my personality is authentic and calming-- and that through the course of working with me, I felt just as much a friend as I was a photographer.
I'm very proud of that. In a cheesy kind of way.
My number one priority during all of my sessions- whether it's your wedding day or just a quick professional portrait shoot - is to make sure you are stress-free and having fun. There are a lot of people out there that can take a great photo. Amazing photos, even. I'm going to do that too, but I want you to walk away from our session feeling good about yourself. Not just with a handful of images.
I'm not saying we have to be besties - but if you're looking for a photographer who is flexible, easy going, genuine, and wants to do more than just click it and quit it, I'm your girl.
Let's do coffee/ice cream/drinks, talk about what we're binge-watching on Netflix, and then discuss your photographic needs.
